These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
TwinsCommTech sells pouch, glass screenguards and chargers in Anambra State, Nigeria and beyond.
2. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We confirm the order once payment is received.
- Prices are in Naira and may change without notice, but the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to that order.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details on our own systems.
4. Delivery and pickup
- Choose pickup or delivery at checkout.
- Delivery timelines and coverage areas are confirmed at the point of order; delays can happen due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, courier availability).
5. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or significantly misdescribed items. Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5 days to the original payment method. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Product accuracy
We do our best to describe and price products accurately. If something is listed incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing the order rather than silently substituting or overcharging.
7. Account use
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Anambra State, Nigeria.
